A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of finally meeting Lori of the blog Paisley & Pearls and her wonderful fiance Sean for their engagement session. They decided to use various locations around the Vanderbilt campus as their backdrop. Sean is a die-hard Vandy fan and I really enjoyed getting to see the ins and outs of the campus. In true Lori fashion, she had meticulously planned out her wardrobe (fabulously, I might add!) and had already picked out spots around campus (and emailed me pictures!) that her and Sean had scouted earlier in the week.
The rain held off just enough for us to squeeze in their engagement session and we backed it up a little so that Sean and Lori had time to see the Kentucky Derby before posing for pictures. They came prepared for their session with an assortment of outfits, their pup Paisley, and their signature Mint Julip in honor of the derby! I love when little details can be thrown in to create a real custom experience for my clients.
Of course, we had to get Paisley in on the action.

Tell me this Lilly Pulitzer dress isn’t to die for. Perfect dress to have in your closet for those special occasions and Lori was able to wear it to her graduation this past weekend, as well. Double win and well worth the hunt!
